Successful completion of the workshop for continuing education credit is defined as attending the entire session/day. Completion of the evaluation forms at each session is encouraged and appreciated.

Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC) is applying for continuing education credits. Please contact the UAMS Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at 501-686-6626 for information on accreditation.
This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 7.50 Elective credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
This continuing nursing education activity was approved by Arkansas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s COA.
Up to 7.5 contact hours are available for nurses who turn in a completed evaluation form.
